Bar Charges & Rules

There is a $200 damage deposit due before the start of any event that is going to have the bar open. This will be returned to you at the conclusion of the event assuming that there is no damage to the facility or that the security or bartenders don’t stay longer than planned.

Bartenders are $25 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.

Security is $25 per hour (we hire) and one officer is required for every 75 guests at the party.

There will be NO alcohol brought into the event center. Bringing in alcohol will result in your party being asked to leave the facility and forfeiture of your damage deposit.

Our building houses one of the largest fireplaces you’ve ever seen and charming western décor to provide a cozy, yet spacious, location for your next event.


The event center can be divided into 2 rooms, the Buffalo Room, with the fireplace, and the Silver Saddle Room, with the built-in full liquor and beer bar.

Each room seats 80 people or the full building seats 160. Each room has its own exterior entrance and restrooms. The dividing wall is soundproof so you will not know if there is a party next door. We have 60 inch round tables that seat 8 people.

All parties are buffet service only. We do not allow ordering from the menu for parties. Also, all parties are one check. We do not do collections from your guests.

Private Party Rules

There is a 4 hour time limit on all parties unless the bar is open.

Serving fees could be added based on your guest count and menu. We will let you know this at the time of order.

In order to reserve a banquet room, we must have a credit card number or check to reserve the space. Should we owe it back to you because you had enough guests attend, we will return it the day of the event.

There is no outside food allowed in the event center with the exception of a celebratory cake. Please bring your own plastic ware.

No one is allowed past the swinging doors that are marked staff only! That is our work space and kitchen area. No customers are allowed!

There is NO smoking in the event center.

Tuesday-Sunday 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.

  • 1 room with 39 people or less eating- $125.00
  • 1 room with 40 people or more eating- no charge (if 40 do not show you will be charged $125.00)
  • Full building with 99 people or less eating- $250.00
  • Full building with 100 people or more eating-no charge (if 100 do not show you will be charged $250.00)
